GSFA Platinum provides eligible California homebuyers with a Down Payment Assistance (DPA) grant. The grant is sized up to 5% of the total loan amount and can be used towards down payment and/or closing costs. Many times the assistance will help a California homebuyer purchase a home with little-to-no money out of pocket. The program is very flexible and works with FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loan programs. The income limits are higher than one might expect (low-to-moderate income). Benefits of the GSFA Platinum Program
